El Segundo in Vail was the second restaurant from the Montauk team and now El Segundo will have another home in downtown Eagle. Chef Dimitri Souvorin and restauranteur, Cameron Douglas, invite you to check out their newest hot spot. Chef Dimitri’s creative menu ranges from Mexican standards to Asian fusion to Americana.
